Dr. Lyndi Fandino Schmidt obtained her Doctorate Degree in Optometry from the University of California at Berkeley in May 2001. Prior to that, she graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering at Wayne State University in Detroit, MI.  
 
 

She is currently a member of the American Optometric Association, as well the California Optometric Association, and served on the Board of Governors for the San Francisco Optometric Society for three years. Her experience includes primary eye care in various clinics throughout San Francisco and the East Bay, as well as pediatric vision screenings for the San Francisco Unified School District. Additionally, Dr. Schmidt completed additional training at the San Francisco VA Hospital, La Clinica de la Raza in Oakland, and Beijing Medical University. Email Dr. Schmidt: idoc@acuityvision.com
